Ontario’s world class school system offers free elementary and secondary education for all children.

Elementary School education begins for children at age 4 and is followed by Secondary School for students aged 14+. After completing secondary school students can choose to attend a post secondary institution (University or College). Students in Ontario must continue to attend school until the age of 18.

LDCSB operates all of the Catholic Elementary Schools in Oxford County

The London District Catholic school system has 48 elementary and 8 secondary schools providing a full range of education experiences from Junior Kindergarten through to the completion of secondary school.

In addition, Continuing Education for adult learners is available. 21,000 students in the counties of Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin, including the cities of London, St. Thomas and Woodstock are educated in this school system.

Fanshawe College

The two Fanshawe College campus locations in Woodstock and Tillsonburg provide a variety of post-secondary programs. At the Tillsonburg Centre and nearby Woodstock Campus, programs are offered in the fields of business, computers, health care, manufacturing, horticulture and vocational assessment services.

Conestoga College - Ingersoll Skills Training Centre

Conestoga College operates the Ingersoll Skills Training Centre, a 12,000-square-foot training facility. The Centre provide training programs in the electrical utilities, powerline field, additional power-related programs, and skilled trades programs that complement the industry.

This is the only facility offering such training in Southwestern Ontario.
