Ontario’s world class school system offers free elementary and secondary education for all children.

Elementary School education begins for children at age 4 and is followed by Secondary School for students aged 14+. After completing secondary school students can choose to attend a post secondary institution (University or College). Students in Ontario must continue to attend school until the age of 18.

There are also many options for post-secondary education, training and continuing education for adults. You can visit the Ontario Ministry of Education for more information.

On the Education in Oxford page you will find a wide variety of information on schools in Oxford, how to register your children for classes, ESL programs and continuing education for adults.
